Mocha & Light Tan Double Weave, Wicked Good Lobster Rope™ Doormat

The quality is outstanding. It was what i had hoped for. It looks fsntastic in front of my newly restained front door which is a dark red oak matte. The customer service was wonderful. My emails were answered prompty and all my queries were answered satisfactorily.

Color is not what I expected

I specifically chose a mat that had mocha colored rope because it would match my front door. I realize there is always a little variation in the color as it appears on the computer but this was dramatically different. Much lighter, so much so I thought at first a mistake had been made in my order. So buyer beware - mocha looks more like the color of light cocoa powder, no where near as dark as it appears on the website.
