I love love love my markers. The colors are always bright and beautiful. I did get one that was dried out and had to order another. I was OK with that because the marker was sealed in a wrapper and there was no way for them to know. I still give them 5 stars.

Almost a third of the markers I received had bad nibs on them. Customer service would only offer to send me a replacement set of markers. This means it was hit or miss if the bad markers I received actually got replaced and I ended up with a ton of duplicates I don't need. Don't buy these if you're looking for professional markers. Save your money and buy something of higher quality.
