Been waiting a while for them to make this for these for my 2017 sprinter. Tired of my heavy doors closing while parked on a slight slant. These work great. Very happy. Easy install. Good install video. Wish I had a pneumatic riv nut tool as my manual one with short handles did not provide the leverage needed but I got it done.

2017 Sprinter-Stop Stay. An essential upgrade for Sprinters!

I have a 2017 Sprinter and I am constantly in and out of the rear doors to get to my mountain biking and wind sport gear. I have had the door slam on me due to wind and parking on un-even surfaces multiple times. My horizontal mounted bike racked slammed on the other door causing my window to break, doors have slammed on me until now. Great product, the hydraulic pistons are very strong, even with my tire mounted rack on one side and a box /bike on the other side, the door opens up perfect! I would prioritize this upgrade if you get in and out of the back doors alot. Installation is easy and the video explaining how to install was very well done. Make sure you order the $40 tool for crimping the threaded insert (on Amazon). They are so thorough that they provide you with a link to order the correct tool! Hands down an amazing upgrade!!

Excellent upgrade

The Stop-Stay door solution from Canyon Adventure Vans. Has been a great addition to our Sprinter platform. The homemade solution worked however this is so much nicer and convenient. Installation was not difficult and the outcome is terrific!
