Doesn’t keep you up

I take HIIT classes around 7 p.m., and after a long workday I need an extra pick-me-up that won’t disrupt my sleep. I love that this workout is stimulant-free—it helps me push harder through class, and I’m still able to fall asleep a few hours later with no issues.

Love the taste

Great taste but does have a stomach effect with a whole scoop in my experience. I like to add a bit of lemon for an acidic kick.

Love that there is a no atom version as someone who is trying to cut back on some caffeine
