These analog gauges are as accurate as you can get! It's money well spent! Additionally you may find that running the lines for it may be difficult... I assure you it's easier than fresh digital gauges, more reliable and wayyy less electrical... the only power going to these is for lighting. Quite literally the best money can buy.
