I buy the protein bars and they’re *really* tasty! I’m following a reduced calorie diet for weight loss and I throw a couple of these in my pack when I head out which stops me grabbing something “unhelpful” for lunch without thinking. While I wouldn’t say I feel “full,” they really bridge the gap nicely and keep me going, no sweat 👍 They’re great for snack or for a reward too!
