Hedwig - 3D Wooden Puzzle

Some of the pieces of this puzzle didnt fit together and the holes were not aligned, contacted the craft hub as on the web site it says 100 satisfaction guaranteed and i wasn’t satisfied, i asked for my money back and got told i didn’t qualify for a full refund as to get one it had to be unused and in the original packaging, they did send me a 30% refund but the experience wasnt good at all
