Hip Shape Wood Sorter

This is a beautiful toy and my toddler loves it, however, it’s very poor quality, not even 24 hours after we received our package, the gate broke. The wood chipped and it came out, which is a hazard with a toddler since little wood chips are falling everywhere. I emailed their customer support but no one responded. I always regarded wonder wise as a good quality brand hence the higher price point, but my experience has been disappointing. I think I received a defected piece.
