The product arrived in very good condition. I expected the action to be a bit high, but it turned out to be perfect. The guitar is easy to tune and holds its tuning very well. The neck feels a bit heavy to me, which took a little getting used to. That said, it is pleasant to play and the sound quality is very good.

The guitar plays well and I feel that is it worth the price, but there are some issues. After two days of playing, the chrome ring around the sound hole fell off. Customer service suggested using crazy glue to reapply it, but instead, I used fine sandpaper to smooth the rough edge and glue flash around the sound hole. I feel it looks better without the trim. The nut was binding on the B and High E strings so I polished the slots and added graphite. Finally, and most concerning, the bridge seems to be tilted and the area below the bridge is raised (like an old wood acoustic). It’s slight, but clearly evident when a straight edge is used to check flatness.

Beautifully crafted, tone-specific yet very pleasing. The onboard acoustic-electric feature is a nice bonus. Great value for money!
