Finally received my bag 100% quality

I finally received my bag and i am excited to be able to finally get it out in the field to test it out, i am a guide in Alaska's back country I really put things to the test so am looking forward to see how this bag is going performing the back country and in winter time. It looks and feels like good quality. Shipping can be better yes i am in alaska and things can take time to arrive but when i can order off ebay and most of the time everthings come through usps and still gets to me with in 5 days it took a 24 days to get the bag.

Highly Disappointed!

Promised pull tags by the owner after he sent a message informing me that the tags were faulty. I questioned the decision to send a customer a defective bag. Never received the tags as promised. The original tags are faulty and crumbled once I attempted to use them. Sent an email asking for the new tags but Jeff the owner has not responded. I plan to post my experience on Google soon. Waiting to hear from the company to make things “right”. PJD
