Nice comfortable material. Would have liked to know that the armrests were not solid and better for support. Having a disabled spouse it would have been nice to know.

Great quality, very comfortable, and easy to put together.

The chair was easy to put together, in fact it was two ladies, my sister in law and my home health aide that put it together. Everything works fine but there two things, the remote keeps falling all the way to the floor on the side of the chair from which it emerges. That's unreachable for me, some kind of attachment point high up on the armrest would be an easy fix and extremely helpful. Also the footrest doesn't go up high enough, I suffer from lymphedema and need to keep my feet higher than my heart to help prevent chronic leg ulcers. Right now the only way I can do that is to put pillows under my calves as high up towards the knees as possible but I would think that's an easy fix for you guys also. All in all I love the chair though, its a lifesaver for me.
