High integrity, and superior customer care

I found time scape one night on the internet. I was looking at a watch that only was made one year (Seiko SRPG57) and I had missed the boat. I was pleased to discover I could order one, and with a one time first order credit. My heart was racing as I placed the order. The next day I got a call from Miss zieetta (sorry probably spelled wrong) and was informed that the watch was not in stock but could be back ordered from Seiko. I was given the opportunity to cancel the order and get my money back, or wait till the watch would come. Probably by the twenty second. I chose to wait because of the great deal. And its availability. This was around Christmas time and everyone was busy and coved was an issue with supply chain issues, Etc. I called Time scape once during the wait and talked to Mr. Craig, the owner, who answered the phone. We had a nice conversation. He updated me on what was going on. I wasn't worried about the wait, I just didn't want to be forgotten. Soon the e mail came on my computer that the watch had shipped and two days later I had the box in my possession. The box was in perfect shape. The tape was not broken, and it didn't seem to have seen any damaging weather. The watch was flawless and much to my surprise it was the j model. The Seiko people love the Japan made more than the k model. And included was a watch roll. I had missed the deadline for that free gift but Mr. Craig, Miss Z and their company Time Scape included it in the shipment. I don't wanna sound soft, but i actually was almost moved to tears for having been treated so well, and for the great deal. Honestly, give these guys a chance. If you wanna call them they will answer the phone. If you want to just punch in you card number and sit back, that's gonna work too, Honest and authentic. Thanks, Craig for the great deal.
