The sales agent gave me a great discount (lower price than what was shown on the website) and threw in a $300 internet control module for no additional charge. The company then shipped the heat pump to my home within a week. The shipper they used was very organized, delivered on the day they said they would. and even took my pump up the driveway to the back gate fence. The unit arrived undamaged and well packed - and I was able to set the unit up for further installation without a hassle.
