True to the inspiration
I do think this is true to the inspiration. It’s not for me, so I only tried it on a scent strip and not skin. But I do think overall, it’s an interesting composition. It opens with a strong apple. I get the citrus, some powdery iris, a subtle cinnamon spice, sweetness from the cotton candy, and amber warmth. This is best in the dry down, when it balances out and conjures my days as a teen in the late 90s/early aughts. As it fades out, the musk gets a little too “armpit skin funk” for me. Overall, it has that “basic Becky tween mall rat” vibe, and I mean that as a positive. It would be fun and young for the right person. As I said, this isn’t a winner for me, but maybe it is for you!
