hololive English - Mori Calliope Long Denim Jacket

The only criticism I have is pocket size. You have all that real estate you should put it to use. I want to be able to fit an entire Thanksgiving turkey I probably wouldn't use the entire space but the option would be nice. Plus my hands just barely fit. If it had bigger pockets I would give 5 stars

2 stars becuase the product is great quality. Lack of communication about the size I ordered being out of stock. Didnt ship the jacket out when it was meant to be because of this causing me to email AGG to follow it up. when the jacket finally arrived the badge set was missing g.

Hands Behind My Back On This

I was really excited for the entire Mori Calliope drop and waited eagerly for it's arrival. However, when my order arrived I couldn't help but be majorly disappointed. First and most importantly, one of my two jackets never arrived and I still haven't heard anything from customer service or socials after 4 days. Now I'm out almost $200 and left to wonder what I'm supposed to do if I never get a response or if customer service refuses to actually send me the rest of my order. Furthermore, my shipment arrived with no silica gel packets or anything, so every item felt warm and damp from the humidity which could pose both quality and health risks. On top of that, the dad hat and denim jacket had fraying strings sticking off of them and the holographic sticker was all bent up leaving me to struggle trying to flatten it back out while I wait in the hopes that I might ever get my bomber jacket that never arrived and was the main reason I even ordered in the first place. I have ordered 2 jackets from the shop that I've been happy with previously, but it makes me weary to ever order from AGG again when my order was scuffed so much to leave out a $160 jacket, be left to become damp and humid, have fraying strings, and the sticker to crumple.
