Customer service

Nuts had a stale taste I heated it as recommended and I bought a box for the holidays what a waste I didn’t open the second box yet I hope that it was just a bad batch but the nuts are stale this was my first time ordering and I can’t recommend this Baklava Following up I spoke with Customer Support they immediately apologized and issued a store credit I changed my review based Just on appearance packaging and customer service I will order again and follow up with a new review
