Ordered roller ball, received fountain pen. Asked for return label, received promptly. Returned product in original box with return label, promptly. Been more than two weeks, no acknowledgment, no pen, no response other than promptly billing mt credit card. Would like to hear from the Pen Place to discuss when or if I might receive product I ordered before I contact my credit card to have charges reversed. Ball (Pen) is in your court!
