Love the design

Wow, I’m a huge fan of the design. I’ve received many compliments on the pants. I think that the design of the clasps need a little tweaking. They almost make the pants feel smaller when they’re locked in. However, that’s my only complaint everything else about it, I love.

The pants is already broken

Dear nightcity team. I have a complaint. I really love the design and the feeling of the fabric of this pants. Sadly it already started losing a yarn. So one of the legs starts loosening. It’s really sad. So please work out a solution with me. The price is a bit too much for a pants that lasts 4 weeks. Kind regards, Jonas Neumann

Terrible shipping issue and no real customer support

I had a very disappointing experience with my order. I ordered a pair of pants for over $100, and the shipping already took quite some time. I contacted Nightcity very early to request an address change, before the package had even reached the local delivery company in my city. The carrier told me they needed Nightcity’s approval to make the change, but Nightcity refused and said it was too late. The worst part is that the tracking still showed the package as “out for delivery” even though it had apparently already been delivered the day before to the wrong address, so I had no real chance to react or recover it. In the end, I never received my order, lost my money, and customer service did not offer any real solution. No replacement, no refund, no meaningful help — just basically “too bad.” For an order over $100, this was honestly a terrible experience. I would not order from them again.
