Delivery problems.

Pen Place said they delivered my order on December 26, but it actually arrived last night (January 5).

Nice refills but not what I ordered

I ordered two refills in black, got two that have blue ink. Emailed the seller, offering to return for replacement, and so far (48 hours) have not got an answer. So they get a bad review for now. I hope they are willing to remedy the problem.
