I originally ordered the wrong size and had no problems with returning it but new case was generic for camera size/location so much larger cutout than necessary so not really designed for a specific iPhone model.

This is my second time ordering cases for my son from red zone. They are high quality and very protective. I had accidentally place two of the same orders and was contacted the next day to confirm whether it was a mistake or not. A couple days later my son’s iPhone 12 Pro Max was having problems keeping a charge so we had to replace it. I contacted red zone to see if it was too late to change the cases to iPhone 16 pro. Fortunately he said it wasn’t a problem. I would totally recommend this company to anyone and will purchase more cases in the future.
