My first bag wouldn’t stay compressed, I contacted customer support and after sending a video to show the problem a new one was dispatched straight away and I received it the next day. I now have a bag which stays compressed and can’t wait to use it on my next trip. Thank you to Paola for sorting it out so quickly!

My first vacuum bag

I’ve been using travel packing cubes for years. I tried a couple of different Ekster vacuum travel bags and we love them we were able to get more items in than cubes and when we vacuum sealed them it left so much more room in our suitcase.

I like the shape for easy of packing and I found my dress cloths didn’t wrinkle badly at all. I fitted 4 pairs of pants and 2 dresses and 2 t shirts.
