The best customer service!!!

Sun Mountain has the best customer service of any company I have ever bought anything from. They have continued to provide me with replacement parts for my almost 20 year old 4 wheel push cart. And in this case they actually sent me some wheels at no charge along with the ones I bought. I hope to keep this cart as long as I can still walk and play golf.

The new wheel does not fit. I contacted you over a week ago for advice but have not received a response.

Rear wheel

I was very disappointed with wheel purchase. My wheel itself snapped so I went on line to purchase replacement. Upon arrival it became obvious without warning that you changed the size of central wheel shaft since I bought my cart. This would require me to buy an entire new wheel and attachment system for 149$. Suggestion: notify purchaser when you change dimensions to parts like this scenario and give us option to purchase only parts we need. If I were to buy entire new wheel with brakes and parts on top of purchase already fee would be 60% of new cart. You must do better than this!
