I was a little nervous because this is my first time getting a product here, but they did not disappoint! The case came exactly as pictured and I love it! (Mind you...I've been plotting on buying this case for four years, so glad I finally have it!!!) I've also gotten so many compliments on it. Sidebar: I got it for the 16e (size says 16) don't fret if it seems too tight when you first put it on. It will press your buttons down without touching them at first...all you have to do it bend the case around a little bit to loosen it around the buttons!
