Personalized Name Necklace with Curb-Style Chain

The good part: beautiful custom name necklace, responsive customer service (through email). Nice packaging. Well made product. The not so good part: it took almost a month for it to be shipped. I needed to contact them in order to get more information. I bought the necklace trusting the color would be the same as in the picture. Unfortunately their gold products have an intense yellow, almost orange tone. The cuban/curb chain I received is thicker and not as gentle as the one in the picture. Even though I expressed my dissatisfaction to their customer service the only reassured that “it is what it is”. The color of the necklace was an issue because it clashed with my gold earrings. My lesson: regarding gold, stick to one thing, either vermeil, or 10k or 14k… each one has a unique tone and they won’t go together for layering jewelry or pairing with earrings. Don’t look just for picture but check the materials.

Good quality but the name itself is very sharp and has rough edges. It makes it quite irritating to wear.
