Table Base 28" H Mid-Century Modern Base for DIY Projects - 328 Flutter

I like the final look on the base with this table, but I did find the connector to be kinda tricky to attach and keep the legs level. I would much rather buy one large connect base then two parts that are coupled like this one. Still, after some adjusting, it does look great.

Still in assembly. I wonder about proper use of pair of round footers in the bottom of each table leg. Is there a tool one could use to adjust them without lifting the table off the ground?
