What I like about the SA600 is that it can put out so much clean air with so little noise. I usually run it on medium, and it can clean a whole large room with very little noise (and less than 10 Watts of energy use). Plus, with two HEPA filters, the filter lifespan will be very long.

HEPA FILTER works and remove particles from air. Like that. Also like that it has intake on front and back sides. I run the filter on “high” 24/7 and keep it in a hallway because it is too loud to keep in a room where people are. Pre filter is flimsy. Pre filter tends to bow out and I try to gently press it “in” so it’s flat and isn’t leaking air on the sides. May have to put some take on sides to hold it flush. One side of one of the pre filters broke in two trying to remove, clean and reinstall. Can’t find a replacement for the pre filter. Trying to find some sort of glue that will “weld” the break. So far super glue and crazy glue don’t work. May try a hot glue gun with a piece of zip type for reinforcement or just use a small piece of Gorilla tape. Charcoal filter is a worthless joke. Can you make the holes any bigger and put in any less charcoal? Very disappointed with the charcoal filter, but I do like the HEPA filter.

For this price, I was expecting the updated 5-speed version. Very disappointing.
