Took a chance on this one , and glad I did . American Dream immediately brought me back to my childhood in NY , when we would have block parties and do fireworks at the end of the night . after all was said and done, the streets would be swept and we would hose down the sidewalks and this is how I remember it smelling. I combination of the wet ground drying from the heat and the smoke that was left in the air. Very conceptual, but a very pleasant scent to me. Performance has been spectacular strength is medium, but it does fill up the room . personally I think works because I don’t know if I would want this to be a super strong, candle. The scandal is great for the month of July and I find myself also wanting to burn this on damp rainy days.

Interesting scent. Not quite what I was expecting but not bad love the design
