I'm 5'3 140lbs and the 14.5 slim fit great. The arms are snug, which is great under a jacket but if I spent more time in the gym I'd have to go up a size or try the standard fit. Really nice fabric and construction, well worth the price.

Great fit
Once I got the sizing right, the dress shirt fits great. Perfect sleeve length and neck opening. The material is really soft and feels good. Nice quality stitching and design. I now own the blue and white dress shirts.
