Poor shoe fit

The shoes were not a true size 42. Very narrow and definitely not a big enough toe box. Will not order again

Happy Clogs

I love the shoes now that I’ve got the correct size! The pair I received in my normal size were too small. The next size up was out of stock for a couple of months. Spring Step was very helpful and I was able to exchange my shoes at no extra cost once the shoes I needed were in stock. Definitely order the next size up…
