Super Handy GUO148 Wood Chipper Mulcher 4" Capacity 9 HP Gas Engine New

My review would be higher if I had a better experience with super handy support. The chipper works great,but the blades were damaged the first week I used it. Customer support for Super Handy responded to my first email and instructed me to send pictures,invoice and my address. I did as requested but Super Handy has not responded or answered my follow up emails. I don't know what to do next

Good machine

I just got this unit and so far so good. Assembly instructions are clear and easy to follow. I’ve run it about three hours and it does a great job on thinner branches. Personally, I’d like this machine to last me a long time so I won’t be shredding anything thicker than 2 inches.

Very good chipper

This unit works very well for its size, it does handle branches up to 4" but labors sometimes because it pulls them in too quickly. I had another type of unit with a similar size engine but this one does the job much better. the only negative I have is being a taller person it is slightly difficult to move it around and if it had longer/higher handles it would be 5 stars.
