Really pleased with my order and the delivery, which arrived in only three days from Chihiros Aquatic Studio. Although this review request asks me to review each individual item I ordered, I simply do not have the time. However, because of the excellent service I experienced from Chihiros Aquatic Studio, I felt it important to leave a review for the company itself. Their delivery service to the UK was excellent, and during a recent return involving a package damaged in transit, they were polite, quick, and efficient throughout the process. Tracking was superb, communication was clear, and the overall customer service experience gave me complete confidence.
