Another fantastic product!

This review for the pouch is secondary. My man focus here is Tom’s FANTASTIC customer service and dedication to his products! I went online to order this pouch (it’s great and I expected nothing less) but I wanted to add a set of Alice style straps to my order as well. I didn’t see them in the site, so I sent a message. Tom actually called me shortly thereafter. I explained that I just couldn’t get the Yoke to comfortably carry my pack. It’s definitely a me issue and not the gear. I’m old and grew up with Alice in the army and I’m set in my ways. We discussed it for a while and I was able to get a set of straps added to my order. Tom really cares about his customers being happy. After taking for a while longer, I was just thoroughly impressed in how he stands behind his product. I got my order, put on the new pouch and straps and I’m even happier. As luck would have it, I was just returning from my trial run with my new straps and my phone rings. It was Tom again. He wanted to make sure I got the package. I told him I was speaking to him with his pack on my back and I couldn’t be happier. Do yourself a favor and order with extreme confidence!
