The customer service was oveall amazing but the keyboard cannot be connected to the laptop with a dongle connector.

A lid or zipper is essential for the external pocket to secure charging cables and prevent them from being lost.

For the most part I really love the keyboard from the customized keyboard itself to the palm rests, palm risers, to the storage bag. The only complaint I have is the wireless mode and RGB lighting will sometimes not want to work and I think the issue is somewhere between the usb-c connection and the usb-c cable. I would also like the option to buy the other key caps you have on your page (I think they are really pretty).
