Broken tooth

fitted chain to chainsaw in early April to clean up some logs in my yard. Was duly impressed with the cutting ability of the chain and not having to sharpen it a lot. Went out to finish of the job a few days ago and during pre inspection of chain found one of the carbide teeth was missing. Very disappointed after the money spent and hearing such good things about this brand .Bought two so hoping second one wont do the same.

Absolutely fantastic. I was cutting out 150 mm tree roots in the ground, I went easy into the dirt around the roots and it did not affect the teeth. The tree stump was around 350 mm dia, it cut that stump no problems. My chainsaw is a Milwaukee 16 inch. Good battery saw, but using the Milwaukee chain it has a tendency to come off. Your chain hasn’t come off yet. It still doesn’t need to be sharpened, but it can’t stay sharp forever. It will handle small amounts of dirt no troubles. Glad I brought it, excellent value.
