Amazing bag!!!

I love this bag so much! It holds all my stuff and I love that it's modular so I'm able to organize it. I'm able to hold my kindle and a couple smaller books on one half while having all my other stuff (phone, wallet, keys, earbuds, mini first aid kit, and more) in compartments on the other side! The ONLY reason this didn't get 5 stars is that I did have a lot of trouble with getting the buttons to snap while putting together the configuration I wanted. I found myself double and triple checking that they were meant to fit together. Some of the buttons clasped together no problem while others just would not. If you're someone who plans to only use one of the ways the compartments could be put together, it shouldn't be an issue but if you plan to change it frequently, it could be frustrating.

Amazing

I love this bag! I haven't had a handbag in forever so when I finally found one that I enjoyed, I jumped on it. I haven't had any major issues with it yet and I love that I have a matching sweater (not that I can wear it in the summer where I live, lol). Just echoing other reviews that Id love for the straps to be customizable as well. Right now, the handle straps kinda dangle awkwardly whenever I wear the shoulder strap. But that's my only real gripe and it's a small one.

Cute design, flawed execution

First of all, I love the design itself, and the size and snap options are great for my needs. However, the materials and construction are disappointing. The stitching is super wobbly and fraying in places, and the hardware is flimsy enough that I worry about it holding up with repeated use. Additionally, I echo the other reviewers who wish the straps were customizable (in my case, I only use the crossbody strap, and the smaller ones are awkward and get in the way).
