I bought a sweater for my wife as a christmas present. She loved it but it was a bit small. I reached out to Jedd and they were quick to respond and take care of the issue. I was able to exchange the sweater for a larger size and it is now one of my wife's favorite sweaters. The material is good quality and the customer service was amazing.
