I was out riding the trails, and my speaker lights went out. I was able to get a email sent to Audioformz and told them the issue I was having and asked if they had any ideas on what I could do to fix my issue. granted this was after dark and after hours but a technician called me within 20 minutes of me sending in an email. we trouble shot the system and it came down to having to get a new controller. Their customers come first.
