They did not send a proof prior to shipping as the policy on shop states. Once I received the portrait, people were disproportionate to each other. I hav3 attempted to contact them regarding these issues. They only asked for pictures a d for me to send them a link to where their policy shows a 100% satisfaction guarantee and a proof prior to shipping. That's how I found out their website return policy doesn't state what their shop return policy does. This company does not honor their word.
