I purchased the green sweatshirt which was advertised as 100% cotton. When it arrived it was a polyester cotton blend. I was initially upset by this and reached out to customer service and got one of the most solid responses from any company over ever gotten. Full explanation for the mix-up as well as an offer to return for full refund. After considering the return offer I opted to knee it as it is a nice thick sweatshirt, nice color, and neat emblem. The emblem looks awesome, little worried it may not last the life of the sweatshirt but only time will tell. I wore it this morning to the grocery store and got 3 compliments in a short period of time. Again, nice thick sweatshirt and truly awesome customer service.
