Really poor substitute for what was pictured. Looked like grocery flowers and showed up after 7pm

I wish I could give less than a one star. The flowers were terrible not even close to what I ordered. Paid way too much for the 3 carnations that were delivered. Super disappointed. Worst customer service as well, they completely ignore you.
