Wagyu Filet Mignon Steak

Great quality, but only decent consistency. If I'm paying 50 bucks for a steak, I want a good looking one. Two of the four are perfect, the other half look like meat baseballs

The best. And so is the staff in Manhattan KS

What can I say, it was awesome, “melt on the mouth” cooked medium rare, more on the rare side.
