KRANEBOW | CHELSEA BOOTS - JNR

The seams of my child’s boot ripped off/popped off after 1 single day of wearing them. I contacted customer service and was told it was purely cosmetic, and could use super glue to stick the threading back down. Given the price and reputation for this brand, I do not understand how this is considered normal or okay after literally wearing them once. Unfortunately, after a week of wear- my other child’s boots actually had a whole piece of the rubber break off the sole. Currently waiting to hear back from customer service about that situation.
