Great for scuba diving of the shore where a full wet suit is overkill. Keeps my temperature well regulated both in and out of the water. The tight fit had me thinking about returning the shirt before I watched the video link supplied in the packaging. It does relax in the water and seems to with time as well, unless I am just getting used to the superhero feel.
