I absolutely love the design of these mugs. I have bought these mugs before from a Bellarine location market. Both mugs I ordered online were delivered broken. Not very well packaged. Only a small amount of bubble wrap on one side of box. The handle to this mug had snapped right off and was loose in the box. Very unhappy. Wanted these mugs, together with gift box ordered, for a birthday present for a friend. Very, very upset & disappointed. ☹️☹️☹️
