Mine has a broken zipper and havnt heard back

My gooseket main zipper has a broken tooth and I emailed asking how I can get it replaced or fixed and no one responded to me. I am unable to use the main zipper to put things in the pouch I can only use the small top one. This is very disappointing ci spidering how expensive this was

Hands down the best one - and I've tried a lot

I've been using the gooseket toddler sling for a few years (son is almost 4). I've tried many other types: a harness-type front carrier, back carrier, ring sling, the long tied cloth, and a similar but far inferior one-shoulder sling with back support. Some of these were hand-me-downs or gifts. (I also have a baby-carrying hiking backpack, but that's a whole different thing.) I never write reviews, but this product has helped make my life easier - hear me out: I love the portability and support this one gives - I actually use it, so much and multiple times a day because it's comfortable, the easiest to put on/use, and I actually remember to bring it with me everywhere, as it's so easy to stow. It's also the one that my son liked best, getting far more fidgety or uncomfortable in other ones while I tried setting up or adjusting. On a vacation, I lost it/left it behind before a flight. We still had half the vacation to go and I know I need some sort of assist to carry my kid, with how much he wants to be carried. I got a cheap, somewhat similar one on amazon and hoped to just use that one until he outgrew sling-carrying. But after having used Gooseket, I couldn't stand the inconveniences of not having a release buckle, having a more complicated-to-position seat and straps that were slippery/not as easy to tighten or release. When we got home, I debated getting another Gooseket because of the price. I hate spending this kind of money and because my kid would probably age out of this in a couple short years. But with the frustration of the one I was using, I decided the ease and reliability (multiple times a day every day) of this brand was worth it and during the sale splurged on the 360 with the attachable pouch. I love it even more than the old one, my son likes the small back flap (I can feel the extra support for myself) and I like the extra padding of the shoulder straps. We are able to move around and go places while packing much lighter than before.
