Love the product by very disappointed that I received this mug with a chip out of it where you drink from it and the 2nd ladybird mug ordered with the handle broken off. Can’t use either of them. 2 x mugs were going to be a birthday present for a friend. Very disappointed. Not properly packaged. I would have liked to order more of these beautiful mugs but will not be ordering online again. Worried they would arrive broken again. I could hear bits loose in the box even before I opened it and I knew that there was something broken. Love the mugs but more care needs to be taken with the packaging and delivery process. ☹️☹️☹️
