Excellent fit that stays secure during aggressive EUC (electric unicycle) riding. The Leatt X-Frame knee braces provide solid structural support and CE Level 1 knee cap protection without feeling bulky, and remain comfortable on long rides.
A minor drawback is that only two of the four straps have quick-disconnect buckles, making them slower to put on and remove. However, the fixed lowest strap keeps the profile slimmer inside the boot. I also had a Velcro strap end tear off after a crash, but it was easily repaired with a sewing machine.
The braces are low-profile enough to fit under riding pants, though the knee cap can occasionally catch when putting them on. For added protection, I wear Leatt Knee Guard 6.0 Evo underneath, providing CE Level 2 impact protection and enhancing overall coverage.
Overall, they offer excellent support, comfort, and a strong balance of protection and wearability for technical, high-speed EUC trail riding.
