Although it must have been a rough trip, the shades were packed well enough to protect them from damage by the shippers. It took a while to get them unpacked , but worth it. Installation was easy but since mine were nearly 8 ft long i need two people to do it. Since these shades are already programmed at the factory it was a bit of a challenge to reprogram them to meet the needs of my current location. All in all i'm very happy with my purchase and with the service provided.

I had been researching motorized smart blinds for a while. I have 10 windows in my living room so this was going to be a significant financial investment and I wasn't convinced yet to pull the trigger. I was remodeling my office and decided to purchase a test shade for that room's single window. I was blown away by this product! It took me twice as long to unpackaged the item, familiarize myself with the parts and the instructions than it did to screw in the brackets and hang the shade. That second part took about 3 minutes. I was incredibly impressed by how perfect the size was and how where the shade stopped when lowering was EXACTLY at the bottom of the window sill. Adding the side L brackets was also a great decision as it blocks out more light. The smart assistant setup however was very confusing. I chose the zigbee motor and there was no mention I could recall of needing a hub. Once I got one, then the procedure of downloading another app, connecting, then connecting with Alexa was met with much frustration. Now that it's all done, it does work flawlessly. I will be purchasing more for the rest of the house.

Easy to install and straight forward instructions. Super happy with this product. Highly recommend it.
