The towels are exactly what I was looking for, the right size and made with sturdy absorbent cotton. I also had a problem with delivery of one of my items that disappeared in the mail. Customer service was very helpful and communicated clearly through the process of getting a refund, helping me select an alternative when the one I selected wasn't available, and letting me know the alternate item had cleared for shipping. The towels I purchased originally for myself hold up well to hard use and many washings as I had hoped. I liked them so much I purchased for my children as well.

When you order from specialty stores like All Cotton and Linen, you expect a high level of quality and craftsmanship. Well, I got it! Very well made and absorbant towels. Colors are rich and vibrant even after washing. Definitely worth the price and shipping time (it's not overnight). Will buy other items once available.
