Shipping process wasn’t great, Shop app wasn’t updating very well and neither was ICA courier. Obviously that’s not really on the vendor, but it’s still part of the experience. Customer service got back to me quickly when i emailed for an update. Shipping to the west coast of Canada took 10 days from placing the order to it landing on my doorstep. Not once did I know where the package was but again thats not really the fault of Potent Gaming. All in all good service and will likely order again
